Chris was introduced to the heritage world by his wife Hannah who works extensively in the heritage world.
Some of our work now focuses on helping heritage properties become commercially sustainable through carefully planned hospitality operations.
Now, when we talk about hospitality, we don't simply mean restaurants, cafés, bars, or hotels.
I mean the complete visitor experience.
I mean creating reasons for people to visit, stay longer, spend more, return again, and ultimately become advocates for a place.
