With 15 years working in the Hospitality Industry, my current drive to further my standing as a hospitality professional relates directly back to my original reasons for getting into the industry; I am a people person with a love for fine food and beverage with high quality customer service.
Experience
Having managed a variety of Red and Black Star rated hotels across the UK, my experience has enabled me to gain a wide variety of skills to consult across the industry in strategic planning, procurement and day to day management techniques. Many of the hotels that I have worked with have enabled me to effectively grow profitability, enhance productivity and increase the quality of product and service.
Recent projects have seen me working with a variety of independent businesses from B&B, hotels, cafes and restaurants.
