The Old King's Head, Kirton
A £2.4 million National Lottery Heritage Fund project saw my client Heritage Lincolnshire renovate and restore a 16th Century Coaching Inn to reopen the building as a Community Cafe and 9 bedroom B&B in Kirton, just outside of Boston, Lincolnshire.
My role was to complete all operational areas to ensure it would work for staff and customers as a workable space and business serving the local community and visitors from nearly popular tourist sites including RSPB Frampton Marsh and the historic market town of Boston.
